Delete a File or Folder

  To delete a file or folder:
  • Right-click on the file or folder you want to delete
  • Choose Delete from the context-sensitive menu
  • The file (or folder) is deleted.
  • When a file or folder is deleted, it is removed from it current location on your hard drive, but a copy is sent to the recycle bin
  • If you want to undelete it, you must find it in the recycle bin, right click on it and choose Restore
  • It will be returned to its original location
